The process to get your house sold quickly

Selling your house using our service is considerably easier than selling your house using the usual methods of advertising through estate agents or even privately. As soon as you contact us with your enquiry, we will immediately start the process. We will discuss and run through the details with you and ask you to provide all the standard information relating to the house

Once we have had an initial discussion on the phone, we will conduct a very quick review of your property details to review mainly the property value. This is usually followed by another conversation and the discussion is based on the property value with a view to agreeing the purchase price in principle. Our offer is valid for 30 days and if this period expires, we will need to review your request again.

It is important to note that we do not ask you to commit to any sale or agreement until you are 100% happy to proceed yourself. Our offer is not a contract in any way and we do not ask you to sign or commit.

If you agree with our offer in principle, we will start the purchasing process immediately. We will also agree a timescale to which you need your achieve your house sale. Most of our clients usually want the sale of the house to be carried out as quickly as possible, irrespective of the house being a residential home or a buy to let property. If this is the case then we start straight away and can instruct our solicitors to start the proceedings to have a meeting with you within 24 to 48 hours.
